New Office Addition Public Works Garage

Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Mr. Colin Howard, Clerk, 1111 Victoria Street, Petawawa, ON, K8H 2E6, until:

10:00 a.m., local time, on Tuesday, May 14, 2024

for the construction of a new office addition to the existing Public Works Garage located at 19 Industrial Avenue, Petawawa, Ontario. Construction includes a new wood framed building with ICF foundations, renovations to existing garage, building mechanical/electrical systems, septic system, hydro service, NG generator set, and new paved parking lot.

Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., by emailing their office as noted below, after 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2024. An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved.

The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
