Tenders, on the forms provided by Jp2g Consultants Inc. and clearly marked as to the contents including tender reference number, will be received electronically only (PWpurchasing@petawawa.ca) by Mr. Chris Mantha, Director of Public Works, 19 Industrial Avenue, Petawawa, Ontario K8H 2W8, until:

10:00 a.m., local time, Tuesday, September 16, 2025

for the construction of the Herman Street pedestrian crossover (PXO) at Kiddyland Park including grading, granular base, provisional hot mix paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete pole foundations, solar powered pedestrian activated crosswalk system with pole and appurtenances, and landscape restoration.

Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., by emailing their office as noted below, after 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved.

The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
