TENDER FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF

HILDA STREET AND LISA CRESCENT

Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Mr. Colin Howard, Clerk, 1111 Victoria Street, Petawawa, Ontario, K8H 2E6, until:

10:00 AM, LOCAL TIME TUESDAY, MARCH 21, 2023

for the reconstruction of Hilda Street (from Lisa Crescent to Scott Avenue) and Lisa Crescent (from cul-de-sac to Scott Avenue) including grading, granular base, hot mix paving, concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements, sanitary sewers, water system, and landscape restoration.

Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., by emailing their office as noted below, after 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.   An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved.

The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
