Consulting Services for A Parks and Recreation Master Plan

The Town of Petawawa is inviting proposals from interested individuals or companies for the provision of a Parks and Recreation Master Plan.  Proposal submissions should be detailed, specific and must be completed and submitted in the prescribed format. The information provided will be used to determine which Proponent will provide the best overall value to the Town and its residents.

Proponents shall submit two (2) hard copies of their proposal [one (1) original with signature in ink, and one (1) copy], in a sealed envelope and shall be clearly marked as to the contents including RFP # CS-02-2023, and addressed to the Town Clerk, Town of Petawawa, 1111 Victoria Street, Petawawa, ON K8H 2E6. Proposals sent by facsimile or email or other electronic means will NOT be accepted.  The proposal is also to be submitted on an electronic USB memory stick or an SD memory card (can be returned to Proponent).

Proposals will be received by the Town Clerk until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.
