Recommendation:
That Council approves the award of Tender PW-05-2025, Concrete Works, to the lowest bidder being Greenwood Paving (Pembroke) Ltd. in the amount of $136,750.00 plus HST.
Discussion:
The tender was prepared and advertised on our website and social media pages. Thirteen (13) firms requested tender packages and three (3) firms submitted complete tender packages on the closing date of April 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
Contractor and Tender Price (excluding HST):
Bonnechere Excavating Inc. - $154,682.50
Greenwood Paving (Pembroke) Ltd. - $136,750.00
McCrea Excavating Ltd. - $175,750.00
Financial Implication:
The funding for this tender was included in the approved 2025 budget.
