There's fun to be found for the whole family at our September to Remember Event! After many cancelled events over the past year and a half we're hoping this event truly is one you'll remember. This event takes place over September 17-19, 2021 and is held at various locations. See either the text below or download the event schedule.


FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 17TH

FRIDAY NIGHT CRAFT BEER FEST

Time: 6:00pm – 11:00pm

Location: Kinhut

Tickets: $20 per person. Includes admission and event glass. Register at www.eventbrite.com

Enjoy sampling locally made craft beer, sip a locally distilled spirit or taste test a cider while chilling out to an evening featuring acoustic guitars, ukuleles and music to tap your feet to. Performances by Ty Hall & Fuso. This is a ticket only event for a maximum of 100 people. Samples are starting at $2 each and food will be for sale on site. Age of Majority Event.

Relax after a long week at work. Featuring local breweries, distilleries and ciders.Acoustic live music performances by Spencer Scharf & Logan BrownThis is a ticket only event for a maximum of 100 people. Samples are starting at $2 each and food will be for sale on site. Age of Majority Event.

TOY HACK-A-THON

Times11:30am,  12:15pm,  1:00pm,  1:45pm,  2:30pm

Location: Petawawa Library

Tickets: FREE - limited spaces, please register through eventbrite by clicking a time above.

Toy hack is back. Use your imagination and skills to make a new, creative toys. The library will provide the supplies and tools, but feel free to bring some of your own. Children must be accompanied by adult. 30 minute bookings, please register ahead of time.

CONSTRUCTION YARD BIKE PARK JAM!

Time: 4:00pm

Location: Construction yard Bike Park

Tickets: FREE - limited spaces

Grab the kids and watch as the riders from Brose Farm perform jumps, stunts and tricks will be throwing down for you to watch! Also don’t miss your chance to bike with the riders after the show!

SATURDAY NIGHT - CRAFT BEER FEST

Now it’s time to turn up the volume and be out late on a Saturday Night. Live performances from lively Blakdenim and Amos the Transparent. Great energetic music and great local beer, spirits and ciders! This is a ticket only event for a maximum of 100 people. SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 19TH

MORNING SUP PADDLE AND BRUNCH ON THE BEACH

Time: 9:00am

Location: Petawawa Point

Tickets: $20 per peron, very limited spaces. Call 613-687-5678 to reserve your spot.

Take in a morning paddle and explore the Ottawa River instructed by Courtney Sinclair from Court Outdoors. Discover the islands off Petawawa Point and return to brunch on the beach served by Sunny Side Up. All equipment provided.

KIDS ENTERTAINMENT

Time: 11:00am Show & 1:00pm Show

Location: Kinhut

Tickets: FREE - limited spaces, register for the 11:00am show or the 1:00pm show 

Rockabilly Joe - Busker / Acrobat. Joey’s performance is full of comedy, juggling and acrobatics with a rockabilly vibe. Enjoyed by all ages as he entertains with circus acrobatics, one of a kind stunts, balancing, juggling, tall unicycling and audience participation. Limited space, maximum 100 person event. 2 shows available, please register ahead of time.

MUSIC & A PICNIC IN THE PARK

Time: 6:00pm

Location: Centennial Park

Tickets: FREE

Join local musician Gillan Rutz for a live outdoor performance on the evergreen stage at Centennial Park. Bring a blanket, a picnic and spend time outdoors with good music, good food, and good company!
