Notice of Application and Public Meeting

In the matter of Sections 17 and 22 of the Planning Act, the Town of Petawawa hereby gives notice of the following:

  1. An application for an amendment to the Town of Petawawa Official Plan                                                                                           
  2. A public meeting regarding an application for an amendment to the Town of Petawawa Official Plan.

Subject Lands         Registered Plan 547 Lots 1 & 7, as shown on the attached key map

Public Meeting         A public meeting to inform the public of the proposed official plan amendment will be held on Monday November 03, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Petawawa Municipal Office, 1111 Victoria Street.

Proposed Official Plan Amendment

The purpose of the proposed official plan amendment is to amend the Suburban – Exception Two designation to permit the creation of up to four residential lots by consent (up to two new lots on each existing lot) on partial services.

Additional information regarding the proposed official plan amendment is available for inspection at the Town of Petawawa Municipal Office during regular office hours.
