Norman Street Access to Petawawa Boulevard

Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Chris Mantha, Director of Public Works, 19 Industrial Avenue, Petawawa, Ontario K8H 2W8, until:

10:00 a.m., local time, Tuesday, December 9, 2025

Part A: The construction of the Norman Street access to Petawawa Boulevard including grading, granular base, hot mix paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, storm sewer improvements, water service installation, raised traffic island within Petawawa Boulevard, pedestrian crossover installation, street lighting, pavement markings and landscape restoration.

Part B: The construction of the Norman Behnke Hall/Comfort Station parking lot including grading, granular base, hot mix paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, street lighting, EV charger works, pavement markings and landscape restoration.

Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., by emailing their office as noted below, after 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.  An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved.

The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
