Recommendation:
That Council approves the award of Tender PW-06-2025, Hot Mix Asphalt Patching, to the lowest bidder being Bonnechere Excavating Inc. in the amount of $100,155.50 plus HST.

Discussion:
The tender was prepared and advertised on our website and social media pages. Nine (9) firms requested tender packages and three (3) firms submitted complete tender packages on the closing date of April 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

Contractor and Tender Price (excluding HST):
Bonnechere Excavating Inc. - $100,155.50
Greenwood Paving (Pembroke) Ltd. - $117,250.00
McCrea Excavating Ltd. - $132,500.00

Financial Implication:
The funding for this tender was included in the approved 2025 budget.
