• Kristin Leitch's business, Hela Beauty was the first business to open a medical beauty and aesthetic clinic in the Ottawa Valley, expanding and opening a second clinic/spa in Petawawa
• Jodie Primeau was the very first feminist lawyer to open her fully female-founded law firm in Deep River, opening her second location in Arnprior last year
