Nestled in the former ski chalet of the legendary Molson Ski Hill, Mount Molson Dairy Bar brings new life to a place rich with local history. Once operated by Fred Molson, this was the smallest downhill ski hill in the area—but big in community spirit.

Fred always dreamed of adding a dairy bar to the site for off-season visitors. Years later, that dream was realized when his granddaughter approached him with the idea of opening one herself. Fred was thrilled to see his vision finally come to life.

Today, this charming takeout window ice cream shop, opened in 2021, serves up creamy, delicious treats from Kawartha Dairy. Come grab a cone, climb to the top of the hill, and enjoy one of the best views of the Ottawa River around. A sweet treat with a side of nostalgia!
