Hey kids! Make sure you pack your binoculars and bug repellant for your adventure: Destination Jungle! Use your knowledge of animals and survival skills to help the TD Summer Reading Club explore every inch of the jungle with stories, games and more.
Session 2 (ages 7-12): July 19 – July 30: Born to be Wild
Now that you have your kit ready and have discovered the animals of the jungle let your imagination run wild with acting games, an expedition (discover gorillas like Jane did!), create your own rainforest, and more!

The Petawawa Heritage Village is open from Tuesday, June 1 to Friday, 27 August 2010, Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. After Monday, August 30, visitation to the site is by appointment only.

Daily Admission
Adults: $5.00
Students and Seniors: $3.00
Free admission for children under 5 years

Site Rental
Let the Petawawa Heritage Village host your company picnic or family gathering. All site rentals must be pre-booked.

Full Day Rental (9:00 am to 4:00 pm)
$300.00 includes interpretive programming

Half Day Rental (9:00 a.m. to 12 noon or 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
$150.00 includes interpretive programming

Group Parties and Bus Tours
$50.00 for a maximum of 45 people for 1.5 hours

Wedding Photos
$25.00 for full use of site exteriors.

Velocity Bike Club Event

Champlain Dog Club

The CDC is an all-breed dog club open to anyone with an interest in the sport of dogs including activities for non-purebred dogs. Obedience classes are offered Monday evenings at the Petawawa Civic Centre. Club members are involved in obedience, conformation, agility, tracking, sledding, breeding, flyball, and lure coursing. Regular monthly meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm at the Petawawa Civic Centre. Guests are welcome.
