Notice is hereby given that the Voters' List, of persons entitled to be electors in the Town of Petawawa for the 2014 Municipal Election, is available at the Town of Petawawa Municipal Office and at the Petawawa Public Library.  Are you on the Voters' List?  The last day to use www.voterlookup.ca to ensure you are on the Voters' List is Monday, September 15, 2014.

Fire Pre-Planning - Black Bay Area
During the month of September, the Town of Petawawa Fire Department will be conducting free pre-incident planning and residential smoke alarm checks in the Black Bay area Southwest of Murphy Rd/Hwy 17.  For full details see below:

The Town wishes to advise motorists that there is a new 4-way stop and cross walk at the intersection of Civic Centre Road, Leeder Lane and Greenbank Road. Please have a safe school year!

Improvements to our community's High Speed Internet capabilities are currently underway by both private sector companies and the EORN.  EORN (Eastern Ontario Regional Network) is a project of the EOWC Inc. (Eastern Ontario Wardens’ Caucus Inc.) which comprises the 13 upper- and single-tier municipalities within Eastern Ontario, as well as separated municipalities and First Nations communities.  Several areas of Petawawa are set to come on board this Fall.  To search available services and timerlines  by address please use the following link:
